Our team are experienced in working with children, young people and parents within diverse settings. Our youth and children’s work development training is ongoing. We currently have staff trained and experienced in: Youth and children’s work, schools work, Autism Awareness, Therapeutic Play,  Reflective Listening, Mentoring, Safeguarding Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4, Play Work, Bereavement Care, Adverse Childhood Experiences, Trauma Informed Working, Mental Health First Aid, Chaplaincy, Food Hygiene, and First Aid.

We may also have university students or young people taking part in a gap year project on our team who are training in youth and children’s work. All have Safeguarding Level 1 certificates, are undergoing youth work training and have regular supervision.

Occasionally we have young people on work experience placements from local secondary schools.
